You may return the item purchased from www.mehair.com for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition, i.e. unworn, not altered or washed, with all tags attached. Otherwise, the item will be returned to you. After 20 days of receipt of your order, any return will not be accepted for any reason.
Before returning an item, please read the following policy first:
a. Before returning, please do email us for the returning address as well as a return authorization without which returns will not be accepted.
b. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will send an email to you within 48 hours to ascertain whether you want an exchange for another item or just a full refund.
c. If your product gets lost because of the carrier’s fault on the road or before it is sent abroad, please inform us. We will advise you on what to do according to your situation. Refund or resend will be considered as the solution.
d. We have offered all the product pictures on our website. Please make sure you have chosen the size and color that you want. We do not accept the return of a product for a refund if it is because of the wrong size or color that you have chosen. Nevertheless, it can be returned for exchange. Please notice that the return shipping fee is at your expense.
e. Upon receipt of the parcel, please examine your ordered item carefully. If you received a poor-quality product or a wrong product other than the one you ordered, please take photos of the item and send it back to us within 14 days. Then we will resend a new item to you without additional charges or issue a refund for you. We will take full responsibility if our goods have any quality problems.
f. The items are your responsibility until they reach us. For your interest, we suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method. Customers are responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole return and exchange process.

2) Product Code/Product Name
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
3) Details of the reason for your return
4) A refund or exchange as the solution
Refunds will be credited to the original way of payment only. And replacements will be shipped out only after the returned item has been received. After we get your retuned parcel, we will contact you. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date we receive your return to process your return or exchange.
